Freestyle Embroidery Class with Harper Leich

 

Embroider your clothes!

 

Join Harper Leich in The Goldenrod Studio in The Canopy at Art Garden AVL for this upcoming embroidery workshop!

In this class, we’ll go over the basics of the art of embroidery. We’ll learn about technique and 2 simple stitches, then we will design our look, and embroider on our items of clothing! Wearable art featuring your unique designs and style is a very fun and easy way to show your creativity to the world.

Embroidery looks awesome on any non-stretchy materials (think denim, linen, broadcloth, canvas, shirting, quilting cotton, etc.). You’re welcome to bring items other than clothing, as long as both the front and back of the object can be accessible and flat, and is a NON-Stretchy material.

All materials are provided, other than your clothing!
