Asheville Print Studio + Gallery is the only community based open printmaking studio in the RAD as well as in AVL. We offer classes and workshops in a myriad of printmaking techniques including linoleum and woodblock, etching, lithography, mono print, mixed media printmaking, etc. Light filled, open, airy and inviting, we are a green shop using soy based, water soluble ink that is low in VOC which creates a safe environment for all to work in as well as for visitors to the gallery. We offer press/studio rental for those printmakers who have projects to explore or need a hand in printing. There are monthly memberships. There are bi-monthly themed exhibitions that are open to all printmakers. New on the horizon—we offer the studio for special event rental including small weddings, elopement’s, life celebrations and family, bachelor/bachelorette and team building workshops.
